Improving an age-old solution is always achievable, provided you maintain the original intent and update it to be more relevant and relatable.
WWhen Puck launched, retailers had little beyond slatwall and pegboard. Puck redefined merchandising with a sleek, customizable, panel-based system that’s now a go-to for designers. Compact yet powerful, it supports heavy loads and offers a full range of shelving, hangrail, graphic, and display accessories — delivering versatility, strength, and style in any retail setting.
Designer Giorgio Barruso used Puck and custom wall of Iconic Panels to create a sense of flowing movement in the Fila Stores.

Peeps, those gooey, colorful, bird-shaped treats, herald the annual return of springtime throughout the world, suddenly appearing on grocery and pharmacy shelves en masse come April. They decided they needed a permanent home for the much-adored sweets. Inside, candy-lovers were treated to merchandise and elaborate displays of Peeps, Mike And Ike jelly beans, and Hot Tamales cinnamon candies. These were all supported by B+N’ Puck system. B+N supplied the shop with wall-mounted Puck displays, as well as free-standing merchandise bays equipped with the same system. With Puck installed, the store’s functionality was top-tier, allowing its intrinsically fun nature to shine through
Graphics and merchandise that change with the seasons and in popularity are easily switched out with Puck.

Oxon Hill, Maryland Peeps store, the first-of-its-kind shop beckoned customers in with a cheery yellow VW Beetle parked outside, an iconic Peep perched on top.
Maximizing product display at The Healing Center San Diego, a dispensary that measures a mere 450 square feet, was one of the primary challenges for the architects at High Road Design Studio. Because of its small footprint, utilizing the shop’s high walls to free up floor space and hold lots of product in a tasteful manner.
From the finished wall panels to the intuitive hardware options, B+N’s Puck panels gave the fixtures a custom look without the custom price tag. They provided my client with a solution that would adjust to their retail needs as their business grew.

Founded in 2004, Wag Hotels is a chain of modern and sophisticated hotels that exclusively serve the avant-garde urban dog and cat. Ritu Raj, one of the co-founders and the president of Wag Hotels, attributes much of this success to the strong feelings that people have for their pets. “The fundamentals are very strong: people love their pets, and pets are considered to be a part of their family,” said Raj. Wag Hotels were designed San Francisco-based architect Leora Goren of Goren Architecture + Design as the design architect for the project.
Among the amenities is an outlet of Wag Stores, a luxury boutique that features hard-to-find brands of clothing, accessories, edible items, toys, books and bedding.

The Pucks on custom oak wall panels support different types of, and changing, displays: hangbars, faceouts, bowls and shelving. Large-scale black and white photographs of pets with colorful toys and accessories are strategically placed around the wall fixtures, breaking up the cacophony of color from the displayed merchandise.
